About NWFACP
 The NWFA’s Certification Program was developed to
recognize and promote competence of wood flooring contractors throughout the
industry. The program began in 1999 with the introduction of two certified
designations: Installation, and Sand & Finish. The program quickly grew to
include inspector and sales counselor certification programs as well. In 2004,
National Wood Flooring Association Certified Professionals, Inc. was formed as
a stand-alone corporation, dedicated to advancing and promoting certified
status within the wood flooring industry.
